Rules of Ghusl, Kafan, Prayer, and Burial of the Dead.

546. For the purpose of Ghusl, Kafan,prayer, and burial of the dead, the permission of his/her guardian should be taken

547. The guardian of a wife is her husband who is entitled to be involved in her Ghusl, Kafan, and burial. After him, the man who inherit from the dead have precedence over the women who ever has precedence in inheritance, will have precedence here

549. If a dead person appoints someone other than his guardian to carry out his Ghusl, Kafan, Dafn, and Namaz, then as an obligatory precaution, the guardian and that person should both give permission. And it is not necessary that the person whom the deceased has appointed to carry out the duties personally should accept the will. However, if he accepts it he should act accordingly.
